Votre challenge à nos côtés : 

Vous intégrez les équipes de notre agence, qui assurent la maintenance d’installations en génie climatique et multitechnique dans les domaines du tertiaire, des collectivités ainsi que des contrats de performance énergétique.

Directement rattaché(e) au directeur d’agence, et interlocuteur privilégié de vos clients, votre mission est d’assurer la prise en charge des contrats et le suivi des affaires en facility management dans tous ses aspects administratifs, techniques, commerciaux et managériaux.

Gestion des affaires :

  • Type de contrats : maintenance multi technique et CPE
  • Domaine technique : chaud, froid, ventilation, électricité, multi-technique,
  • Typologie de clients : Tertiaire
  • Assurer la gestion financière, administrative, réglementaire et organisationnelle des affaires dans le respect du lien contractuel et garantir sa rentabilité
  • Planifier et organiser les activités de maintenance préventives, correctives et petits travaux en fonction de la connaissance de l’installation, des besoins du client, des contraintes de l’installation et des obligations réglementaires
  • Etablissement des devis, suivi de leur réalisation et facturation
  • Garantir l’application du système qualité, santé et sécurité tout au long des affaires
  • Piloter la sous-traitance

Gestion de la relation commerciale :

  • Construire une relation de confiance avec votre portefeuille clients et le fidéliser.
  • Défendre une solution technique auprès du client et des travaux complémentaires selon l’urgence
  • Analyser et traiter les réclamations clients dans un souci permanent de qualité et de respect des délais
  • Participer à la renégociation des contrats
  • Assurer la préparation du reporting clients

Management en proximité d'une équipe :

  • Fédérer votre équipe composée de 5 collaborateurs autour du projet d'entreprise
  • Transmettre les informations nécessaires à la bonne exécution des contrats et à la responsabilisation des équipes
  • Animer les évènements et les sensibilisations sécurité.

Votre mission : Coordonnez et réalisez des chantiers souterrains en réseaux secs

En tant que Chef d'Équipe Électricien Travaux Souterrains, vous serez responsable de la bonne exécution des travaux liés aux réseaux secs souterrains HTA/BT. Vous assurerez l’organisation, le management et le suivi technique des chantiers, tout en veillant au respect des normes de sécurité.

Vos responsabilités principales :

  • Organisation et sécurité :
    • Préparer et organiser les chantiers : mise en place du balisage, signalisation et sécurisation de la zone d’intervention,
    • Garantir l’application des règles de prévention et de sécurité pour l’équipe et les riverains,
  • Encadrement et supervision :
    • Encadrer une équipe d’électriciens et veiller à la qualité des travaux réalisés,
    • Transmettre les consignes techniques et assurer le suivi des objectifs du chantier,
    • Former les membres de l’équipe aux bonnes pratiques et aux spécificités techniques des travaux souterrains,
  • Travaux techniques :
    • Faire réaliser des ouvertures de tranchées (terrassement manuel ou mécanique) selon les plans d’implantation,
    • Installer les réseaux électriques basse et haute tension :
      • Déroulage des câbles dans des gaines ou fourreaux,
      • Pose de gaines, grillages avertisseurs et dispositifs de protection,
      • Réalisation des jonctions et des raccordements électriques dans les boîtes de jonction, coffrets et armoires HTA/BT,
    • Installer et raccorder les réseaux de télécommunication si requis,
    • Effectuer les travaux de remise en état (remblaiement, compactage et réfection de voirie ou de trottoirs),
    • Participer aux tests de mise en service et aux essais de conformité,
  • Gestion et reporting :
    • Identifier et anticiper les besoins en matériels et équipements,
    • Réaliser le suivi administratif des chantiers : rapports d’avancement, relevés de métrés, signalement des anomalies,

Profil recherché : des compétences techniques solides et un leadership affirmé

Qualifications et compétences techniques :

  • Formation : CAP/BEP à Bac Pro Électricité ou Électrotechnique (type MELEC ou équivalent),
  • Expérience : Minimum 5 ans dans le domaine des travaux souterrains ou des réseaux secs,
  • Compétences techniques requises :
    • Maîtrise des techniques de terrassement (ouverture et remblaiement de tranchées),
    • Connaissance approfondie des règles d’enfouissement et des normes relatives aux réseaux HTA/BT,
    • Savoir réaliser des raccordements électriques (boîtes de jonction, armoires HTA/BT),
    • Lecture et interprétation des plans et schémas électriques,
    • Connaissance des techniques de compactage et de réfection de voirie,
  • Habilitations nécessaires :
    • Habilitations électriques à jour (B1, B2, H1…),
    • Permis B indispensable ; CACES R482 (engins de chantier) et/ou R486 (nacelle) fortement appréciés.

De ce fait, vous allez intégrer le Pôle Automation d’EQUANS Digital :  400 collaborateurs –– 55M€ de chiffre d’affaires – 17 segments de marchés  – 4 offres packagées

Plus particulièrement, vous serez rattaché à notre service électricité composé d’une trentaine de personnes piloté par Erwan Tanniou. Le service est spécialisé dans la conception d'armoire électriques, le suivi d'affaire et de travaux dans le domaine de l'électricité industrielle (milieu de la CVC).

Sous la responsabilité du Responsable d'atelier, qui vous suivra et encadrera, vous mènerez à bien l'instalation d'équipement d'armoires ceci dans le respect des règles de sécurité, de qualité.

Vos missions :

  • Identifier le matériel
  • Débiter du rail et de la goulotte
  • Câbler (Couper des fils, sertissage, repérage et raccordement)
  • Réaliser le câblage suivant un schéma
  • Maîtriser le traçage pour les découpes et perçage
  • Faire du perçage suivant gabarit et / ou traçage
  • Construire un jeu de barres simple sous supervision
  • Participer aux essais avec habilitations
  • Identifier les problèmes et d'en référer
  • Intervenir sur chantiers pour réaliser les modifications d'armoire sous supervision
  • Reproduire des tâches suivant des modèles et exemples
  • Emballer, préparer les expéditions

Plus particulièrement, vous serez rattaché à notre service électricité composé d’une trentaine de personnes piloté par Erwan Tanniou. Le service est spécialisé dans la conception d'armoire électriques, le suivi d'affaire et de travaux dans le domaine de l'électricité industrielle (milieu de la CVC).

Sous la responsabilité d’Erwan Tanniou, qui vous suivra et encadrera, vous mènerez à bien des projets en Automatisme et électricité pour nos clients. Vous accompagnerez l'organisation technique, de l'exécution et du commandement d'un chantier, ceci dans le respect des règles de sécurité, de qualité, des délais et conditions contractuelles.

Missions du poste  :

 

  • Gérer les moyens humains, des ressources et du matériels nécessaires au chantier,
  • Encadrer le personnel d'exécution et/ou les chefs d'équipes,
  • Etudier le dimensionnement des cheminements de câbles,
  • Planifier les travaux avec les différents interlocuteurs et veille au respect des normes, 
  • Suivre l'avancement du chantier et mettre en place les actions correctrices nécessaires,
  • Veiller au respect du planning et des délais, 
  • Assurer l'interface, la liaison avec les sous-traitants, les client lot CVC ainsi que les différents intervenants,
  • Informer le Responsable d'Affaires sur les éventuels travaux supplémentaires demandés par le client,

Déplacements 

Vous serez amené à vous déplacer sur les chantier dans l’ensemble du territoire. C’est pourquoi un rythme d’alternance pour des semaines entières en entreprise est de rigueur.

Votre profil :

Vous réalisé une formation de niveau bac+2 à bac+3 en génie électrique et bénéficiez d’une appétence pour la conduite de travaux avec une expertise en électricité du lot CVC et GTB.

Des connaissances en automation serait un plus. Vous êtes reconnu pour vos qualités relationnelles, votre rigueur et votre capacité à être organisé.

Summary 

As a Marketing & Communications Specialist, you will contribute to implementing Equans Services’ marketing and communication strategy to promote its offers and services across North America.

Reporting to the MarCom director, you will collaborate closely with sales and technical teams (energy projects, sustainability, digital services, etc.) to develop materials, marketing analysis, campaigns, and events that enhance Equans Services’ visibility and reputation while generating qualified leads.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct competitive intelligence and monitor market analysis by market segment to help position the organization and identify business opportunities, market trends, target audiences, and competitive landscape.

Compliance Auditor


Equans is looking for a Compliance Auditor to join our team in Bristol on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.

The ideal candidates will be responsible for owning the technical audit for the sites within their remit and will attend between 2 and 3 audits in person per month. They will also own the amber and red failure actions and see these items through to closure within a reasonable period using the appropriate method to resolve the issue at its root cause. Each member of the audit team will also have an area of specialism which will involve regular meetings to ensure that activity is managed correctly within the defined process and that sufficient action is being undertaken in the BAU to manage the risk. This role will also map to the client appointed external audit team the client technical team where required.

The Compliance Auditor role is part of our technical team with the responsibility of maintaining the audit KPI to the required pass percentage. They will provide an active communication channel on items raised on the audit with all stakeholders and will ensure collaboration with the central helpdesk and operational teams.

What will you deliver?

  • Attending meetings with auditees to develop an understanding of business processes
  • Travelling to different sites to meet relevant staff and obtain documents and information
  • To ensure the HMCTS contract remains compliant within the following areas PPM, CW, Asset Capture and Service Variation
  • Working closely with onsite engineers & technical teams
  • Review sites as agreed with the client’s hard services lead and appointed external audit team
  • Maintain Equans site logbooks ensuring paperwork is replenished, folders are replaced if damaged and old documentation is archived
  • Ensure Internal specialist audits are reviewed against the TCA supplied by the AEs
  • Ensure the scope of specialist work is completed in line with contractual guidelines and maintenance specifications and any issues are managed through to conclusion
  • Review plant and plant rooms during audits providing detailed reports of any issues found to ensure all are dealt with in a timely manner
  • Record on Aims unsafe acts and near misses where necessary
  • Record on Aims, a minimum of x1 monthly MSV (Management Safety Visits) and include 1x observation on each MSV
  • To work closely with Technical Manager and National Compliance Manager to improve overall technical compliance across the Stat M1, Stat M2 and M4 KPIs
  • Comply with all applicable standards, policies, and procedures, including safety procedures and the maintenance and new works
  • Ensure all record keeping functions are completed
  • Ensure all work is carried out to the highest standards of workmanship and safety and highlight issues to the operations and projects teams where necessary
  • Understanding of escalation procedures

The Head of Procurement for direct categories is a senior role within the Procurement function that is responsible for delivering the UK fiscal financial Procurement Targets associated with Direct categories for the UKBU.

The Head of Procurement will ensure the operational and strategic procurement needs of the UK Equans business are met. As the Head of Procurement, you will have a responsibility for participating in overall coordination of Procurement activities to support the strategic direction of the business including but not limited to alignment with the operational leadership teams and operational procurement teams with the aim to leverage EQUANS spend to surpass saving targets.

You will deliver procurement and commercial expertise across all service lines driving a tangible link to profit improvement with a strong focus on optimising best business practice, fiscal performance, risk management and compliance.

Collaboration and buy in from Senior Management across diverse Operational Business units is pivotal to the role, therefore Senior level dialogue and communication skills are essential in fulfilling this role.

The role also requires strong understanding of UKBU Finance performance measures in order to drive the correct outputs for UK whilst aligning with wider EQUANS Group Procurement performance objectives.

What will you deliver?

To strategically lead Procurement activities for the UKBU in the Direct categories to create value expected and exceeding savings targets set whilst maintaining Operational engagement and delivering best in class Procurement solutions to EQUANS’ operations and ultimately clients through:

  • Build, agree and produce PROCURE to PERFORM plan to deliver the target c£7.5M by 2027
  • Ensure all of the major direct categories (c£700M) for the UK are negotiated, deliver best value, are fit for purpose for our operational teams and support our Procure to Perform targets
  • Support the simplification projects within the procurement environment – make sure what we do is efficient, effective and simple to perform
  • Lead team, develop Direct category managers and team members (5 FTE)  and drive the performance culture
  • Engage with operations, senior stakeholders, divisional Executive boards and UK Executive committee to agree major deliverables and negotiated outcomes
  • Work with technical teams from the divisions to build Equans Specifications on commodity items to drive cost, quality and simplification for the business
  • Support and build Bouygues in the UK support function – bring in additional £700M spend into control and management
  • Deliver accurate and well-developed reporting against annual and full plan targets
  • Ensure the Target Operating Model for the Direct categories is efficient and effective at all times
  • Build commercial reward models that align with the overarching procurement strategy – up front price must be in line / better than true market and commercial rewards are genuine and not recovery of up-front price increases
  • Support our SBTi targets and CSR agenda within the Direct category negotiations
