Rattaché au Responsable de centre, vous assurez, le suivi des affaires confiées dans le domaine de l’électrification rurale et les lotissements principalement pour le compte des syndicats d’énergie. Vous contribuez à la réussite des affaires dans tous leurs aspects : techniques, managériaux, commerciaux et financiers.
Vos missions principales :
- Appels d’offres : Participer au chiffrage des devis et à l’analyse du cahier des charges ;
- Suivi de chantier : Assurer la planification des chantiers et le suivi des travaux dans le respect des délais et des normes qualité ; constituer les dossiers de chantier ; garantir le bon approvisionnement en matériel et ressources ;
- Management d’équipe : Encadrer le personnel de chantier ;
- Relations clients : Assurer les réunions de chantier et la relation commerciale de proximité ;
- Sous-traitants, fournisseurs : Participer au pilotage des relations avec les sous-traitants et les fournisseurs ;
- Aspect financier : Suivre l’évolution financière de vos affaires ; établir ou faire établir la facturation des travaux confiés ; assurer le reporting inhérent à l’activité ;
- Qualité, Sécurité, Environnement : Veiller à la conformité et aux respects des règles d’hygiène et de sécurité sur le chantier.
Des déplacements sont à prévoir sur la région des Landes.
Votre profil :
Vous êtes issu(e) d’une autre formation technique en électricité. Vous témoignez d’une expérience confirmée dans les domaines de l’électricité, des travaux publics d’infrastructures dans le secteur de l’énergie et des réseaux secs, des réseaux EP basse et haute tension et de l'IRVE.
Doté d’une organisation forte, vous êtes un véritable pilote assurant le bon déroulement des affaires en cours. Votre justesse d’analyse, votre fibre relationnelle, votre proactivité et votre force de conviction, vous permettent de fédérer vos équipes et vos clients autour de vos objectifs.

Vos missions :
Management & Leadership

Vos principales missions ?
Au sein du Bureau d’Etudes, vous collaborez activement avec l'ensemble des équipes études / chiffrage et avec nos Responsable d’Affaires.

Vous disposez de connaissances techniques en électrotechnique (HTA-BT) et éventuellement en automatismes. Vous avez idéalement, déjà utilisé l’outil de chiffrage OPTIMA.

Role purpose
It is the responsibility of the Infrastructure & Projects Coordinator to provide the effective and safe coordination of all infrastructure engineering and maintenance activities relating to Fellside CHP plant and its associated offsite assets.
Key Activities:
- Successful coordination of numerous distinct engineering projects assigned by the Infrastructure & Project Engineer
- Identification and engagement of appropriate sub-contractors to enable completion of related activities.
- Supervision and management of sub-contractors employed to complete mechanical and civil related activities associated with the ongoing Infrastructure Works at Fellside CHP Plant.
- Supervision and management of sub-contractors employed to complete routine maintenance and project engineering tasks under the direction of the Infrastructure & Project Engineer.
- Undertaking of minor hands-on tasks as and when required and where qualified.
- Assistance in the delivery of key projects, including (but not limited to); Inspection and Replacement of CUI affected pipework / components, WHRB and Auxiliary Boiler stack inspections, Storage tank inspections, Scheduled Plant and Civil (PCI) Inspection Programme, Cooling Tower Civil and Structural Inspections and Repairs.
- Raising, updating and completing work orders by use of the CMMS and effective scheduling of work in line with site planning procedures including attendance at the weekly E&M planning meeting and daily E&M priorities meeting
- Liaison with the site O&M team in the delivery of all infrastructure maintenance and projects.
- Coordination of plant and civil inspection rounds carried out by a third-party specialist contractor.
- Review of PCI reports, prioritising and actioning repair of identified defects.

- Commercial engagement with sub-contractors including cost control management.

- IOSH Working, supervising or managing safely
- Crane lifting operations (Appointed Persons role)
- HSG47 Avoiding danger from underground services (Appointed Person role)

Skills, qualifications & experience:
- NVQ L3 or equivalent in an engineering discipline
- Relevant contributions in a 24/7 industrial environment including rotating equipment, steam raising systems, piping and valves.
- Experience maintaining and managing effective relationships with external Support Contracts.
- Plant Health and Safety systems & procedures awareness and application
- Appreciation of Permit to Work systems and documents.
- Appreciation of purchasing cycle, including use of computerised purchasing and planning systems.
- Ability to interpret and commission third-party technical reports in asset care.
- Confident in using Microsoft Office to produce associated documents.
- Experience of CMMS Systems and Management of Change controls.

E&M Manager

We have a great opportunity within Equans Embedded Energy for an E&M Manager to join our maintenance team at Fellside CHP plant and support the Plant Manager to ensure its run smoothly.
Equans Embedded Energy operates multiple customer sites with large-scale embedded energy capacity across the UK, providing specialist management of onsite generation for industrial processes and the ability to export to the Grid. Role purpose
As the site Appointed Person E&M, in line with business, client & legislative requirements provide, leadership & management of FCHP E&M philosophy, strategy, actions, results & compliance during all running states. Successfully lead, direct, organise & manage the E&M Department, ensuring personnel are fit for work, competent in completing their job role responsibilities
Key Activities:
- All E&M processes & systems are in place for identifying & managing engineering risk & use the framework of disciplined maintenance as best practice. Ensure their effective communication, understanding and monitoring by all department employees & personnel required to complete E&M tasks.
- Provide appropriate guidance and support for all major engineering and maintenance events at FCHP including outage and plant shut down, unplanned and planned events and incidents. Provide leadership regarding investigations, processes, procedural actions and communications.
- Ensure the controlled development, application & monitoring of site technical specifications, E&M policies & procedures appropriate to FCHP throughout it’s lifecycle.
- Lead and manage the FCHP E&M Department and other assigned personnel ensuring they meet the standard’s. Take overall responsibility for their supervision, development, welfare and engineering capability & competency in discipline areas & their ability to address technical requirements & ensure standard implementation.
- Set/agree engineer personal objectives and conduct performance appraisals to develop and manage the E&M team consistent with achieving business KPI’s;
- Understand the HSE principles of maintaining an Upper Tier COMAH site and the requirements of the COMAH MAPP and COMAH Report. Be fully conversant with the COMAH delivery guides in all aspects relating to engineering and maintenance.
- Understand and have knowledge of Cyber Security principles, IACS and NIS Regulations.
- Conduct disciplinary hearings for maintenance staff, as agreed with the Plant Manager and Human Resources
- Regularly review department process and procedures to ensure Department Engineers and Technicians meet the site engineering standard’s requirements, identify and implement a plan to rectify deficiencies or gaps in the site library.
- Approve the programme of work for submission into the Annual Operating Plan (site budget) ensuring correct testing & maintenance is completed & assigned budgets are managed responsibly. Ensure the actual cost of maintaining the plant during a financial year is less than the AOP budget
Skills, qualifications & experience:
- Degree in engineering discipline
- Engineering apprenticeship with extensive relevant experience and noted continued professional development.
- IOSH or equivalent safety qualification
- E&M experience in a 24/7 process at department head level.
- Identifying & managing engineering risk.
- Fundamental knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical engineering compliance & legislation. ATEX, DSEAR etc
- Understanding and driving the department for Key Performance Indicators as set with the working contract.
- Plant SHE procedures & documentation including PTW systems, confined space entry requirements.
- Working knowledge of Quality management systems.

- Management and delivery of planned maintenance & overhaul programme to rotating plant including Gas and Steam Turbines
- Management and delivery of maintenance & overhaul programme of HRSG’s and Fired Boilers

- Deliver improved plant reliability through adopting structured reliability improvement processes

- Represent Fellside CHP interests on any cross site functional group meetings and support cross functional improvement processes

- Deliver actions as identified on the ‘Integrated Risk Assessment’ and ‘Engineering Review’
- Manage specialist contracts, including the requirements of the Gas Pipeline Cathodic Protection
- Support Sellafield managed projects, as required / agreed
- Perform technical training
- Develop, implement and champion engineering procedures, instructions, standards, guidance documents;
- Ensure all PM routines are adequate and appropriate for the risks being managed
- Ensure compliance with codal and regulatory requirements
- Contribute to engineering auditing and housekeeping programme, as required

Skills, qualifications & experience:
- ONC or HNC (or equivalent) in Electrical or Instrument (Measurement and Control) Engineering
- Knowledge of instrument and control theory.
- Basic knowledge of The Electricity at Work Regulations.
- Knowledge of plant SHE systems & procedures.
- Understanding of Permit to work systems, risk assessment and method statement documentation.
- Knowledge of sub-stations and motor control centres, transformers and generators.
- Good understanding of EC&I problem solving techniques and ability to read single line diagrams, schematics and P&IDs.
- Good understanding of process instrumentation, 4-20mA loops, HART, Modbus, Profibus etc.
- Experience with supervision of consultants/contractors to successfully complete projects & meet contractual objectives/obligations.
- Confident in using Microsoft Office packages to produce associated documents.
- Basic understanding of spending procedures for ordering goods and services.
