En tant que Monteur·euse électricien·ne chez Equans, vous jouez un rôle essentiel dans l’installation et le raccordement d’équipements électromécaniques variés en Wallonie ou à Bruxelles : éclairage, caméras, détection incendie, ventilation et bien plus.

Votre expertise garantira la fiabilité et la sécurité des installations tout en travaillant sur des projets techniques diversifiés. Vous évoluerez au sein d’une équipe dynamique basée à Braine-l’Alleud, avec des missions nocturnes qui rythmeront votre quotidien.

Vos activités sont entre autres les suivantes 

  • vous installez des équipements électriques comme des appareils d’éclairage, des caméras, de la détection incendie, de la ventilation sanitaire, transformateur, de la climatisation…
  • vous tirez des câbles et raccordez des armoires électriques de basse tension
  • vous montez et raccordez des cellules haute tension
  • vous utilisez des moyens de communication mobiles (tablette, smartphone) pour informer clairement vos clients et vos collègues de l’avancement des interventions
  • vous travaillez de nuit une partie du temps

  • vous avez suivi une formation A2 (spécialisation électricité) ou A3
  • les certificats BA4, BA5 & VCA sont des atouts
  • une première expérience dans le domaine est un atout
  • vous maîtrisez la lecture & l’interprétation de plans, ainsi que le suivi & exécution des notices de montage des différents matériels utilisés
  • vous comprenez & assimilez rapidement les procédures techniques et de sécurité

DevOps Engineer

What if you could play a key role in transforming the software lifecycle and boosting performance? 

As a DevOps Engineer, you will be at the heart of optimizing deployment, delivery, and management processes, while ensuring the reliability and efficiency of systems across environments.

Your mission:

  • create and manage environments that enable faster, more reliable, and consistent application deployment
  • implement and optimize processes for developing, testing, and deploying applications
  • monitor and manage system health, analyzing changes in data volumes and system performance

About the Role:

As a Fabric Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out a range of maintenance tasks, including planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs. What You’ll Do:

  • PPM & Reactive Maintenance: Complete all statutory and non-statutory PPM in accordance with the Annual PPM planner, and respond to reactive calls for joinery, plumbing, painting, and other tasks as needed.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all site logbooks are updated with relevant information and certifications. Adhere to risk assessments and method statements (RAMS), and complete all works to EQUANS’ quality procedures.
  • Team Collaboration: Supervise/escort subcontractors to ensure security procedures are followed and that they work safely.
  • Customer Service: Work closely with the Facilities team to ensure jobs are completed to customer satisfaction within the specified service level agreements (SLA).
  • Health & Safety: Maintain high standards of safety and sustainability in line with EQUANS’ policies and procedures.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Qualifications & Experience: Recognised industry qualifications (C&G/NVQ required), with experience in joinery, plumbing, or other related skills.
  • Desirable Qualifications: IPAF Powered Access Licence, PASMA, and First Aid certification (not essential but an advantage).
  • Skills & Competencies: Experience in building maintenance, plumbing, and multi-skilled tasks. Strong reporting and estimating skills for quotations.
  • Personal Attributes: Able to work independently or as part of a team, with a strong customer-focused approach. A professional and smart appearance is essential, as you will be the face of EQUANS when interacting with clients.

General Overview: 

The Roofer is accountable for carrying out roofing installations, repairs, and maintenance on properties managed by the company. They are responsible for ensuring the integrity and functionality of roofing systems while upholding high standards of safety and customer satisfaction.

What will you deliver?

  • Install, repair, and maintain roofing systems according to specifications and industry standards.
  • Conduct inspections to assess the condition of roofs and identify necessary repairs.

Part time Afternoon Cleaner

Equans is looking for a Part time Afternoon Cleaner to join our team in Barnstaple Magistrates, County and Family Court, North Walk, Barnstaple EX31 1DX on a permanent basis working 15 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £11.79 per hour and benefits package.

Shift Pattern:

Monday to Friday 14:45 - 17:45 

What will you deliver?

As the on-site Cleaner, you’ll keep the building clean and tidy to the highest standard of hygiene, health and safety whilst maintaining a professional manner with all members of staff and general public. 

For this role you must undergo BPSS level vetting. Part of this includes DBS clearance therefore ability to pass is essential.

Admin Support Duties

 

  • To provide an efficient, confidential administration and secretarial service at the Regional Office.  Managing the office in a professional manner and enhancing the Company image at all times

  • Ensure correspondence is logged and distributed correctly

  • Assist Marketing if necessary

Office Management Duties

 

  • Purchase printed stationery as required
  • Purchase furniture as required and authorised by Senior Manager
  • Monitor the departments costs and provide reportage
  • Ensure telephone system operates as required in liaison with IT
  • Ensure effective mobile telephone service to business in liaison with Procurement
  • Monitor the company’s petty cash system
  • Liaise with Accounts office as required
  • Ensure working environment conforms to all statutory requirements
  • Ensure reported defects are dealt with efficiently
  • Ensure mechanical and electrical systems are maintained frequently
  • Ensure working environment exceeds minimum health and safety requirements
  • Monitor office health and safety

Programme Manager

Working in collaboration with Category Hub Leaders – Indirect and Direct, Head of Procurement DE&S, SFM, P&C, the Procure to Perform - Programme Manager plays a crucial role in enabling the delivery of the Procure to PERFORM strategy. This involves ensuring high-quality service delivery, executing the PERFORM program’s strategic goals, and promoting an innovative approach to procurement.

The Procure to Perform - Programme Manager is a strategically focused role that actively participates in PERFORM program delivery and primarily seeks to drive value and financial benefit within the procurement function. Serving as an essential link between the execution of the PERFORM program and Equans’ overall strategic objectives, the main focus is on supporting initiatives that positively impact COP. Collaboration with stakeholders is essential, however the role prioritises engagements that attribute to financial benefit. In scenarios where financial value cannot be quantified, such activities fall outside of this position's support. This value-based approach ensures that efforts are aligned with the Equans financial targets and objectives maximising value of this position.

What will you deliver?

  • Implement and adhere to standardised project management approach, that ensure consistent execution and optimal outcomes for PERFORM Programme
  • Support the Category Management (CM) team in developing the PERFORM strategy, timelines, and reporting schedules
  • Support category strategy alignment to both the PERFORM Programme and business needs
  • Support delivery of the Procure to perform project commitments across the procurement function
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, dependencies and implement mitigation strategies
  • Offer a robust PMO service, emphasising project management best practices (support with strategy design and analysis)
  • Track and report on cost reduction achievements
  • Track and report on non-financial achievements

  • Previous experience of a leadership role within the construction, or related industries
  • Previous experience of a senior procurement role within the construction or related industries

CAD Operator

Equans is looking for an CAD Operator to join our team in Stoke on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.

The Auto CAD Operator performs a variety of design/drafting/space planning, room moves and lighting configurations activities group including preparing/updating installation drawings for projects, preparing assembly/manufacturing drawings, establishing guidelines and procedures for CAD data management, and managing workload distribution within the CAD department. Ideally also experienced in Bolster although training will be given.

What will you deliver?

  • Survey and update existing ‘as built’ drawings
  • Convert drawings to DWG format.
  • Revise and update existing drawings reflecting design changes, in collaboration with other teams to ensure consistent documentation of the projects.
  • Ensure documentation is held for all aspects of the O&M manuals
  • Update and maintain elecronic filing systems.
  • Maintain notes, design calculations and other documentation (such as drawings, bill of materials, list of design parameters, and performance guarantees) for future reference.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of third party items. Review and modify information with supervision by the Compliance Manager/Account Director / Project and Planning Managers (both Equans and Client side).
  • Establish filing guidelines for drawings to maintain up-to-date drawings.
  • Other duties as required relating to CAD database maintenance etc.
