Sommaire du poste
Sous l’autorité de la direction informatique, et du superviseur des administrateurs systèmes, le titulaire fait partie d’une équipe d’administrateurs de systèmes Microsoft, Linux et de Microsoft 365 chargée de maintenir, sauvegarder et superviser l’ensemble du réseau informatique de l’entreprise. Cela inclus les solutions infonuagiques (cloud) sur les plateformes Microsoft 365, Azure et Hyper-V dans un contexte international, ainsi que ses solutions hébergées chez des partenaires. Il participe également au développement et à la mise en place de divers projets systèmes TI ainsi qu’à l’optimisation des systèmes en place.
Enfin il assure le niveau 3 du soutien TI pour l’ensemble des filiales d’EQUANS North America.
Description
- Assurer le soutien infonuagique Azure et Microsoft 365 niveau 3 (et toutes les solutions rattachées) en collaboration avec une équipe support internationale pour l’ensemble des entités EQUANS North America;
- Offrir du support sur tous les services Microsoft 365 présents et à venir;
- Respecter les accords de niveaux de services (SLA);
- Mener les opérations dans le respect des normes ISO en vigueur et des processus ITIL;
- Montage, mise en service, maintien, mise à jour, évolution, surveillance et sécurisation des équipements informatiques des salles de serveurs dans les différents sites de la compagnie;
- Assurer la maintenance proactive et le diagnostic des pannes sur l’ensemble des équipements des salles informatiques;
- Participer à l’évolution des technologies en place et recommander des solutions pour améliorer la fiabilité et les capacités des systèmes;
- Assurer la sécurité et l’intégrité de la structure Active Directory et des applications métier;
- Assurer la gestion des plateformes de virtualisation Azure, VMWare, Nutanix et Hyper-V;
- Assurer le bon fonctionnement des sauvegardes quotidiennes et restaurations des données et applications basée sur la solution VEEAM;
- Assurer le soutien TI aux équipes TI des entités de EQUANS North America en dehors des heures de travail normales avec des astreintes (OnCall);
- Proposer ou développer des solutions en vue d’améliorer les performances;
- Développer et produire différents rapports de gestion, et toutes documentations opérationnelles et projets requises;
- Effectuer toute autre tâche connexe nécessitée par ses fonctions ou demandée par son supérieur immédiat.
Exigences
- Être autorisé à travailler au Canada;
- Être apte à passer le niveau de sécurité requis (minimum: côte (gouvernementale) de fiabilité);
- Diplôme d'études collégiales (D.E.C.) de formation professionnelle (trois ans d’études);
- Minimum 4 ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire;
- Desservant le Canada et les États-Unis, nous devons nous assurer la prestation de nos services dans la langue appropriée, garantissant une communication fluide et adaptée à leurs besoins.
- Niveau de la langue française parlée et écrite: Maîtrisée;
- Niveau de la langue anglaise parlée et écrite: Maîtrisé;

An exciting opportunity has opened within Equans Victoria for a motivated and experienced Electrical Site Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast‑paced environments across the commercial, industrial and infrastructure sectors, and who takes pride in delivering high‑quality electrical outcomes.
Role Overview
You will oversee electrical works across major commercial, government and infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance, safety, quality and efficient delivery. This position requires strong leadership, technical expertise and the ability to manage multiple work faces simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities
- Electrical Compliance — Ensure all employees and contractors follow electrical policies and procedures.
- Regulatory Standards — Maintain compliance with relevant regulations, codes and standards.
- Construction Oversight — Oversee daily construction activities and ensure effective work processes.
- Team Supervision — 3–5 years supervisory experience preferred.
- Process Improvement — Initiate and support procedural improvements and modifications.
- Site Safety Management — Manage safety for all personnel, including contractors, while meeting project deadlines.
- Project Coordination — Work closely with the company project manager.
- Daily Work Planning — Plan and manage crew tasks; ability to run multiple work faces is essential.
- Stakeholder Liaison — Communicate with client managers, staff, subcontractors and suppliers.
- Ownership & Accountability — Take ownership of your work and maintain high standards.
- Computer Literacy — Must be confident using digital tools and systems.

Equans is looking for a Part time Afternoon Cleaner to join our team in Chelmsford County and Family Court, Priory place CM2 0PP on a permanent basis working 10 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £12.90 per hour and benefits package.

Monday - Friday 16:00-18:00
What will you deliver?
As the on-site Cleaner, you’ll keep the building clean and tidy to the highest standard of hygiene, health and safety whilst maintaining a professional manner with all members of staff and general public.
For this role you must undergo BPSS level vetting. Part of this includes DBS clearance therefore ability to pass is essential.
BPSS Quick Guide
In order to meet our customers requirements, the post holder must go through Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS). This is a form of Security Clearance set out by the Government which goes through several checks.
These checks typically include:
- Identity Verification: Passport, photo ID, birth certificate, etc.

Maintenance Assistant
Equans is looking for a Maintenance Assistant to join our team in Alert House, Wiseman Street, Burnley, BB11 1RU on a permanent basis working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary per annum and benefits package.
Shift Pattern:

What will you deliver?
- Organise, manage and monitor PPM’s
- Rectify corrective works raised on the completed PPM’s
- Assist the technical team with issues across the sites when required
- Carry out minor routine maintenance tasks in accordance with the planned preventative maintenance (PPM) programme, including pre-planned maintenance tasks during the school holidays.
- Monitor and adjust as necessary to ensure plant and associated systems perform within set limits.
- Carry out internal and external routine inspections of the school premises.
- Assist in the preparation of reports. Maintain and update records as appropriate.
- May be needed for the support of out of hours activities including On call when required.
- Ensure adequate supplies and other consumable items are available for job completion.
- Ensure the correct procedures are followed for the safe and efficient handling of waste.
- Respond in a safe manner to the effects of adverse weather conditions.

Part Time Morning Cleaner
Equans is looking for a Part time Morning Cleaner to join our team in Newcastle Civil and Family Tribunal, NE1 8QF on a permanent basis working 10 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £12.90 per hour and benefits package.

What will you deliver?
As the on-site Cleaner, you’ll keep the building clean and tidy to the highest standard of hygiene, health and safety whilst maintaining a professional manner with all members of staff and general public.
For this role you must undergo BPSS level vetting. Part of this includes DBS clearance therefore ability to pass is essential.

Account Director
Equans is looking for an Account Director to join our team on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary, company vehicle or allowance, bonus and benefits package.
The Account Director will be responsible for ensuring the strategic delivery of contracted services on the Tameside and Salford Hospitals contract. They will have budgetary responsibility and be responsible for the leadership of the operational team.

Sustainability Compliance Manager
Equans are recruiting for an Sustainability Compliance Manager to be based in either Wath upon Dearne in South Yorkshire, Nottingham or Coleshill in Birmingham. This is a permanent full-time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.
General Overview: Working alongside the Director of Sustainability the main purpose of this role is to manage the PAS 2030:2023 and MCS Accreditations for the business, ensuring best practice implementation of the standards on all domestic energy efficiency schemes and management of the in-house compliance team.
To understand, implement and adhere to the company SHEQ policy/strategy and ensure all employees reporting to you do the same and being responsible for ensuring that SHEQ requirements are upheld to the highest of standards at all times.
What will you deliver?
- Work closely with the Regional Senior Management Team and Business Development Team to identify opportunities for EQUANS around retrofit, leading and supporting on client needs around Energy Efficiency Works
- Manage the regional Sustainability Compliance Team in order to support wider business objectives on growth and delivery of schemes
- Providing guidance and support to operational teams ensuring all Retrofit schemes are delivered in line with funding and technical compliance i.e. PAS 2030:2023, PAS 2035:2023, MCS etc, working closely with Central Sustainability Team to ensure compliance.
- Be the ‘regional expert’ on Energy Efficiency standards, ensuring the Senior Leadership Teams are kept up to date on market opportunities to drive the Business Plan
- Manage and maintain PAS 2030:2023 and MCS Accreditations, managing relationships with certification bodies to maintain Equans accreditations, whilst implementing best practice delivery
- Manage, implement and delivery PAS 2030:2023 and MCS Quality Management processes
- Produce regular management reports to the wider Sustainability Team and Regional Delivery Team of compliance progress against site production, identifying any performance issues against key business KPI’s
