Equans recherche un·e Responsable de Division. Vous serez actif dans la région de Bruxelles et de Wallonie, avec des déplacements réguliers en Belgique.
Votre rôle
Dans le cadre de la stratégie de l'Unité d'Affaires et dans le cadre défini pour la division spécifique 'Building Services - Services Bruxelles et Sud' : planifier, organiser, diriger, coordonner et contrôler tous les projets et les activités commerciales connexes de la division concernée, afin d'atteindre les objectifs ciblés en termes de relations commerciales, de relations clients, de mise en œuvre de projets, de chiffre d'affaires financier, de budget, de coûts, de profit et de gestion des ressources.
Le poste en détail :
- stratégie : définir la stratégie commerciale pour la division. Appliquer et mettre en œuvre la stratégie d'Equans en la traduisant en une réalité spécifique à la division (niveau régional/local)
- développement commercial et des affaires : stimuler et encourager le développement de solutions, services et marchés. Orienter le processus de vente consultatif et mener des négociations clés
- supervision des affaires : définir, suivre et atteindre les objectifs commerciaux, de service et de développement. Superviser et adapter les actions convenues afin d'atteindre le plan stratégique de la division
- interaction sur la gestion des réclamations clients et internes
- optimisation de la rentabilité : maximiser la performance commerciale, stimuler la croissance
- anticiper les besoins en personnel en fonction de la charge de travail et de la productivité des projets
- leadership d'équipe : diriger, coordonner et assurer la cohésion entre les équipes de tous les départements de reporting (Gestion de Ligne)
- collaboration en gestion matricielle avec Finances, IT, RH, Dispatching, Gestion de Contrats, Logistique…
- gérer le P&L :
- définir le budget annuel et les rapports pour la division
- définir et livrer des plans d'affaires robustes, et respecter les engagements
- gérer et orienter l'équipe de direction de la division (opérationnelle et commerciale)
- développement de l'offre :
- traduire le plan stratégique d'Equans en un plan stratégique client pour sa propre division, identifier des plateformes pour promouvoir des solutions innovantes et avancées et gérer la performance des services d'Equans au niveau des clients (au sein de la division)
- gestion des ressources :
- optimiser le déploiement et l'organisation des équipes opérationnelles selon les (nouvelles) besoins de la division et la charge de travail
- bâtir une équipe et une identité communes au niveau de la division, en rehaussant le moral et la motivation des employés
- gérer et orienter les centres de compétence pour servir d'autres divisions
- collaboration :
- contribuer au plan stratégique d'Equans et générer des synergies transversales
- optimaliser l'allocation des ressources au niveau de la division
- sécurité :
- fort engagement personnel en HSS
- favoriser et encourager l'affichage et la visibilité de la sensibilisation à la sécurité sur le terrain

Qu'est-ce dont vous avez besoin ?
- un diplôme de master/+10 ans d'expérience dans des activités techniques, commerciales et de management liées aux services énergétiques et à l'infrastructure industrielle
- 10 ans d'expérience professionnelle générale et expérience à un niveau de management pertinent
- expérience en gestion du changement
- un solide parcours dans l'amélioration des normes de sécurité
- expérience de base en leadership P&L
- expérience en gestion de projet
- bonne connaissance des activités de services énergétiques
- aptitudes au leadership établies, compétences en communication interpersonnelle et en gestion du changement, animation/délégation/contrôle efficaces, et création d'un esprit d'équipe interactif

HR Advisor
Equans is looking for a HR Advisor to join our team on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.
This is a regional role, covering the Midlands and Wales
The post holder will be responsible for the provision of HR Advisor support for people matters to a national multisite contract of circa 1600 colleagues. Supporting the HRBP, this role will specifically cover the Midland/Wales region and Support Functions circa 350 colleagues. Supporting the regional management teams to deliver improvements in culture, change management, compliance and cost control to drive improved engagement and financial results.
As a member of the HR Team, to provide an efficient dedicated first line support to the Mid and Front-Line management population within HMCTS supporting all on HR policy and practise such as disciplinary, grievance, absence & performance management.
What will you deliver?
- Advising and Supporting line managers in all people processes to ensure best practice and employee engagement is enhanced
- Coach line managers to build capability and promote ownership for managing their people and embedding a leadership framework
- Advice and support on grievance / disciplinary action including attendance at hearings as appropriate
- Generating attendance management reports and highlighting areas of concern, agreeing plans to improve with line managers and supporting delivery
- Monitoring of the annual SuccessFactors cycle, acting as a super-user and ensuring completion in a timely manner
- Tracking offline appraisals for front line unconnected staff
- Supporting with the month end reporting process ensuring that data is collated, accurate and provided on time
- Supporting the launch of new policies & processes, conducting workshops / Training where appropriate

- Support TUPE In’s and TUPE Out’s and act as initial contact

The role:
- Reporting to the Operations Manager
- Successfully undertake and complete the apprenticeship – Business Administrator level 3
- General office administration, including procurement of office supplies, uniforms, PPE etc.
- To provide administrative support including answering telephones, filing, printing, photocopying, and assistance with keeping operational records up to date.
- To maintain site document management system and undertake typing and formatting of policies and procedures to comply with corporate standards (when required to do so).

- To provide a professional Helpdesk service to the Hospital and other Bouygues E&S contracts
- To receive calls in hours and out of hours with professional manner

Project Manager
Equans is looking for a Project Manager to join our team in Manchester on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary, company vehicle or allowance, bonus and benefits package.
Working on a prestigious government account the post holder will be responsible for managing variety of small works from 25k-1M. The post holder will also be responsible for generating and delivering a variety of FM Project Works on our customers sites across the UK to meet the needs of the business.
The role requires site visits in and around the northwest.
We are looking for an experienced project manager with experience within the FM industry. A confident communicator able to balance the needs to all stakeholders, client and suppliers.
Candidate required to obtain BPSS clearance prior to commencing
What will you deliver?
- Identify and generate project work opportunities from within a set portfolio of maintenance contracts
- Liaise with key stakeholders on their requirements and explain feasibility of their schemes to become a trusted advisor
- Work with developers, designers and sub-contractors to define and document scope(s) of work(s)
- Develop and understand the full scope of works in line with the desired project business case and in turn outcome. This is to be within agreed budget requirements and required profit margins
- Manage, run and draw up tenders on behalf of the customer as required. Carry out full tender analysis of all sub-contractor returns
- Ensuring all project works are compliant to CDM 2015
- Identify, reduce and manage all statutory and commercial risks associated with the project they are leading
- Ensure EQUANS SHEQ practices and processes are fully embedded in each project
- Ensure full compliance with project management policies and procedures
- Manage the day-to-day operational aspects of the project(s) “end to end”. Activities to include but not be limited to estimating, business development, quantity surveying, sub-contractor management and site manager duties
- Work closely with relevant stake holders to ensure effective and efficient implementation of the project(s)
- Ensure customer acceptance is adhered to, in writing and in line with the project plans
- Mutually agree payment schedules and applications for payment to the benefit of the project and the business
- Ensures project documents are complete, current and appropriately stored
- Provide timely monthly reports to the Head of Projects/Sector Director in an agreed format

The Project Engineer – Mechanical will be part of the team responsible for managing the construction aspects of large projects from inception to completion, within set timescales, to high quality standards and within health and safety guidelines.
What you will deliver?
- Assist in ensuring that work is carried out in full conformance with quality, environmental and safety standards
- Assist with co-ordinate and control the on-site construction process ensuring the site build progresses in line with plan
- Liaise with Statutory Authorities and Local Authorities as directed by the Site Manager in the submission of all Building Regulation cards as required to allow the progress of the project
- Attend site meetings, effectively communicate and provide information for Progress Reports
- Chair and minute the subcontractor meetings in the absence of the Site or Project Manager

- Record keeping (diary, drawing register, H&S, COSHH Assessments, As built drawings, Levels & Foundations records, site H&S file)

Maintenance Assistant

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Assistant to join our Facilities Management team based at the John Radcliffe hospital in Oxford. This is a full-time permanent role working 40 hours per week, from 08:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday.
The role:
- Reporting to the Operations Manager - Estates
- To undertake the maintenance of the building as directed by the PPM schedule and the management, using the appropriate trade skills required
- Work alone with minimum supervision or within a team to carry out maintenance/repair of M&E services plant and equipment across the site.
- To integrate and communicate effectively with other trade staff such as engineers particularly for M&E maintenance, new and remedial works.
- To carry out M&E works as required i.e. new works, refurbishment and capital works replacement programme.
- Working 40 hours per week, from 08:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday, with a requirement to work flexible hours to suit the operational needs of the site as required
The person:
- Previous basic electrical or mechanical/plumbing knowledge is essential
- Ability to undertake PPM and Reactive tasks
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal
- IT literate, with good numerical and written skills
- Previous experience working in a hospital environment is desirable
- Desirable to have a good knowledge of health and safety legislation & requirements

Senior Maintenance Electrician

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Maintenance Electrician with HV/LV AP qualifications to join our estates team based at the John Radcliffe hospital in Oxford. This is a permanent full-time position working 40 hours per week, from 08:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday.
Key Activities:
- Reporting to the Technical Services Manager
- To act as a lead technician for the site providing a thorough understanding of electrical building services installation and maintenance techniques
- To apply trade skills and experience, including one to one training to members of the team.
- To ensure the satisfactory completion of statutory obligations and the completion of allocated maintenance, breakdown repairs, installation, new and refurbishment works, all within the SLA and KPI’s applied to site
- To take on AP/RP roles where appropriate skills are held, or training provided
- Carry out testing and inspection to City & Guilds 2391 standard
- Working 40 hours per week, from 08:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday
Skills & Qualifications:
- Must hold a recognised electrical trade apprenticeship and/or relevant qualifications to level 3 (theory and practice) in a relevant electrical discipline with suitable industry experience.
- Must be HV & LV AP qualified
- Experience in building services and knowledge of air handling plant and water hygiene is required
- Experience in a Healthcare environment is advantageous with knowledge of medical gases
- Willingness to attain cross skilling
- Excellent customer service and communication skills with strong computer skills
- Demonstrate good planning, organising and prioritising skills
- Ability to show examples of using initiative and judgement to resolve problems
- In-depth knowledge of Health and Safety procedures, formal training an advantage
